Post A Font Question For GIMP Users Only
I've seen on many sigs that the text has a coloured, blurry outline. Is it possible to replicate the effect on any GIMP version? The GIMP tutorial section does not appear to have any information on it.

If a plug-in is required, please provide a link and the name of the plug-in.
