i've got a question about rescues and passwords.

Even if someone gives someone a password, and the other person rescues them, how will the first person's game know that they've been rescued?

The other person tells them, and gives them an A-OK code. Once you've received this, you can resume play by pressing 'revive team'.

i learnt something while doing this mission. if you fail the first time and try again, the dungeon will be identical - ie all rooms/items/enemies the same. and that made this one a bit hard because there were no apples in the first 10 or so levels. the first time i died of hunger before even seeing an apple. i just started to make a list of where the good items were on each level.

i dont really care what item you give me - ive got most things already. all i care about is getting a thankyou mail which WORKS!!!!!! thats right - anyone who owes me a thankyou mail please cough up!! seriously, give me a plain seed as a reward if you want, i just want to tie up the loose ends. that means you pokemaniac (not to be confused with pokemanic!)
