No, seedot can't be caught, and i don't think you can get mawhile either.

I know of Skitty and seedot in emerald, along with the surskit. Thats it.

I've never heard of getting rid of the fog in any place. Sorry but I think they are a permanent effect.

If you use a gameshark on Ruby/Sapphire/FR/LG and trade the cheated Pokemon to Emerald does say your Emerald game cheated or the original trainer's game is cheated?

I meant like say if you went to a Nintendo Event... could they see you cheated for the Pokemon or would it show that the original trainer (from whichever game besides Emerald) cheated?

Also, can you breed a Ditto/Wigglytuff or Ditto/Pikachu to produce an Igglybuff or Pichu?

Put the second part in the ditto thread, but as long as the pokemon isn't unbreedable (legend/baby), or another ditto, you can breed it with a ditto.

And, yes, in case you didn't get it, you can get igglybuff/pichu.
A note with the pichu - you won't get volt tackle.
