3. Sly 2: Band of Thieves
Donkey Kong Country 2 is my favorite because of its uniqueness. All the different worlds are special in their own way and have fun and challenging bosses. Lost World, ftw. The music kicks major butt, too.
Resident Evil 4 is number 2 because of it's intensity. As anyone who's ever played it, they'll tell you. The gameplay is easy to pick up, it's incredibly violent XD, and it's a Resident Evil game. What's not to love? And btw, The Mercenaries = Hardest Challenge in ANY game
Sly 2: Band of Thieves is just a great game. The ability to play as Bentley, Murray, and of course Sly, makes this game great. The bosses are a bit dissapointing, and after one playthrough, you really can't play it again. HOWEVER, the storyline is fantastic, and the major plot twist near the end is the best of any PS2 game I've ever played.

This is a hard one, but I would have to say either NBA Live 07 or NCAA Football 07. Both are for Xbox 360. May be Madden 07 also.
