Guess what, I want to start another Wi-Fi tournament if anyone is interested. This Tournament will be a lot like others you've seen but without the Restrictions as most have had. I believe anything should go except for Legendaries. If you have taken the time to get certain moves and items then you deserve the right to use them. As for cheaters... I have no way of really telling if the items are legit, I just hope some people have a soul.

The Setup would be a Basic SINGLE elimination style(this being my first tourney I don't feel as I could organize a Double elimination). The biggest toss up is the way the differnet rounds will Have you fight. It will be 16 Players, and every round will be the next set of rules that were made by nintendo. Such as the Lvl 100 setting, the Double Team setting, and the 3v3 Setting.

Now this may not be the best idea but I think it would be really fun! You never really see anyone doing stuff like this. As for Prizes it will be:

1st Place: Any 2 Pokemon in DP(except event or manaphy) and An Item and TM
2nd Place: Any 1 Pokemon in DP(except event or manaphy)An Item And TM
3rd Place: Any Item and Any TM
4th Place: Any Item OR Any TM
5th - 16th: A Pat on the back cause you get nothing(haha sorry)
(These Items Could Take Time To Get, I'm Sure I can Do It But It Will Take Around A Week)

As I said befor ethere is no real banned list except legendaries and cheated pokemon, I WILL TRY to check everyones pokes before the tourney begins, if it says you met your salamence at lvl 2 on route 201 your getting kicked out!

Date For Tourney will be announced after the recruiting of the 16th player but will be held before the 21st of June.

Rounds and Pairings will be announced and who the "Become Leader" will be therefore it is is your responsibility to have the right settings, if not you will be disqualified. By that I mean I will announce the "Lvl 100 Setting" for the finals, it is the leaders responsibility to put it on that setting which are already made for you by nintendo.

Laggy connections will not be tolerated, it is the era of High Speed if you continuously timeout you will be disqualified.

I'm thinking the fianls will yes, if you can get that far with the set rules a free level seems like a perfect choice for the finals!

When you battle peopl online, you can have Set Gametypes such as 3v3, teams of 4 2v2s, Lvl 100's, Lvl 50's, and free levels. I was thinking the tournament rounds would all be different as you progressed to the final round which is a free level battle. Which pretty much means you better have all 100s or it could be a rough fight.

I would just like to have a time frame of when you think this will actually occur because I am going out of town in a few weeks, and am not quite sure if I will have internet access at the place where I will be. Well I have been thinking about the Free Level Challenge, though it would be very interesting it may not be all that fair. Some people just don't have the time to invest that kind of effort into it, I would like to keep it but maybe I could have some opinions. This tournament is for the People not for me lol. Also anyone who has helped run a previous tournament and would like to help run this one would be welcome to PM me. If anyone also has any good ideas you can post them here, all ideas are welcome(i.e. "we should have a banned list") <- those kind if ideas.

It's not that I think free level isn't a good idea for the finals, it's just there's a tourament I'm entering with a small cash prize that's free level with a max level of 50.

Well, I have to make sure I have a good team for that one first, and Then build a new team of level 100s from scratch. I just don't think I can do it.

I was thinking of entering to get lower down prizes, but thought if I made it to the finals it would be disrespectful to my opponent if didn't face him with a good team.

because the free lvl might not be good for the whole tournament i think the Finals and/or Semi-finals should begin free lvling, once we get to the Finals have the Finals be free lvl for sure, the first place prize is real good

Also the Finals should be 6 vs 6 if you are going to have a free lvl battle, might as well have a free lvl battle with no holding back

Hey so I'm not in ? well anywayz I think the final should just be set 100 because if you make it free in my opinoin might not be far but that is what I'm saying because most people like those kind of matches so that way they don't have to lv up there pkmn to lv 100 once their down with EV training which is most of the time around the 40 lvs anywayz that is what I was thinking but then again it is your tournament run it how you want...

Well not really based on anything, also my team does not have any 100s if you were wondering, 3 pokes im using will be around lvl 70-55 but if the two people iin the finals have pokes around the same lvl whats wrong with a free lvl 6 vs 6 final battle. Im not saying putting lvl 100s vs lvl 50s that just a Hammer Vs an Ant

I guess the best thing would be to compare lvls of pokemon for the free lvl, if they are around the same lvl and the people argeehave free lvl , If not just set the lvl

I agree with Death's suggestions. Because it does take awhile to get an entire team up to 100, and like it was stated by someone else, some people dont really have the time to invest in such an artuous task. I only have one pokemon that is level 70 while 3 of my others are in the low 60s and one is 50, and my Blissey is only level 8. So I would greatly appreciate it if at least the only free level is the finals, so that I may at least have a shot at doing somewhat decent in this tournament. Anyways I am really excited to partake in this tournament whatever you decide to do Im sure it will still be a lot of fun. It would also be nice to get a time frame of when this might be happening. Then thats decided, there will be no free level fight, but I believe the Semi Finals and Finals will be set 100 so it will be pretty much the same, though it does take the toughest part of the competition out but thats ok the people have spoken. Also check out the Updated Prizes, 1st place is the shiz now. Those prizes will take a while to get im sorry lol but it will be worth the wait.

Also i'm sorry rueben but you know your palkia won't be allowed right, all ubers allowed just no legendaries.
