OK so basically i'll say 2 things that might have happened in a pokemon game and you have to guess which actually happened. example:

#2 never happened because weavile is a trade evolution.
Example: To get weavile, I would have to trade with razor claw

#1 could have happened many ways.
Example: Houndoom was A higher level

So with the real answer:

#1 can be true, a sharpedo can lose to a higher level houndoom.
#2 Can't be true; you don't get the razor claw until the E4.

Yes it does. You can find Houndoom in Pearl on Routes 214 and 125 using PokeRadar

Darjulok is right, you can find them with the PokeRadar. how do you think I have a cute little Houndour? anyways, I was confused as well, but I think you should just choose someone to go Metavoir.

Yes, right no razor claw till the victory road. I got this random fact from a friend who was training a sneasel and I asked him why it was not a weavle yet.....ghetto still gets it, I personally am not going to be to harsh on the reasons this early, he just got the method of getting a weavle wrong.

that's easy, #1 is false because there aren't any nintendo events for DP yet, and the glitch for arceus is in the jap versions.

Um, your right, but about Mew, this isn't restricted to DP ya know.
The reason 1 is false is because in 2005 when they had Lv10 Mews at Toys R us, that wasn't hosted by nintendo.

Actually #2 is false because Arceus, in difference with Darkrai/Shaymin, is above an existing map (Spear Pillar), and you can't reach to existing maps by the glitch.

And you get to the Hall of Origin (where you find Arceus) by glitch, you won't be able to leave because there won't be any stairs and you won't be able to fly or teleport.

Alright, fine: #1 CAN be true, they gave away a level 10 mew before a movie in Japan.
