hm not a rater yet but just some suggestions i guess...
psychic
amnesia
t-bolt/icebeam/flamethrower
t-bolt/icebeam/flamethrower
blizzard (its fine in r/b/y cuz its 90% accurate)
bubblebeam
double-edge
agility/substitute
thunderbolt
drill peck
thunderwave
rest
EDIT: firespin (it may not trap but itll prevent ur opponent from attacking)
substitute
toxic
double-team
thunderbolt
psychic
softboiled
transform/substitute/metronome/explosion (mixtape to make it interesting)
swords dance
earthquake
rockslide
flamethrower/wing attack/rest (wing attack is weaker in rby so prob go with flame if u want a strong special to mix up the attack theme)
(im guessing ull evolve it eventually rite?)
thunderbolt (for those annoying watertypes)
submission
earthquake
reflect
im guessing u missingnoed the kangaskhan so not much point to rating it really. id keep water gun and sky attack just because its funny
overall ur pokemon have one major flaw: lack of real strategy. try to stick with an overall theme rather than throw seemingly random moves together. also, avoid repeated moves (moves that have the same type and practically do the same thing with only difference in damage). why not just pick the better move with more power/accuracy/pp ratio and be done with it? also try not to pick ubers with such limited movepools like or . i used the psydex for all these pokemon under move pools for r/b/y so maybe under the newer games these may have more potential but not in the old games...
EDIT: and make sure u dont put moves on pokemon that they cant learn, "legally".

Hey, can i geta few pointers please for my team. Me and a few mates are playing the game for 2 weeks then gonna fight each other to see who wins. Currently i have
Level 70
Swift
Psychic
Barrier
Recover
Level 45
Surf
Quick Attack
Bubble Beam
Ice Beam
Level 41
Scratch
Rock SLide
Dig
Slash
Level 33
Scratch
Slash
Ember
Fire Blast
Level 40
Headbutt
Strength
rest
Body Slam
Level 64
Thundershock
Growl
Thunder wave
Thats what i have so far, i'll take out any of those for others - i basically just want to win. I think i have made a mistake with the moves ive given them because i dont have things like confuse ray, i just have moves which deal dmg.
I had a Haunter which i trained up to level 52 from 17 when i caught it but i moved that out for Mewtwo bcos i only have space for 1 pyschic pokemon. Would the ghastly have better stats that mewtwo if i got it to level 70? or am i better off with Mewtwo?
Also, is snorlax good to use?
Last question.....Doing the elite 4 over and over is the best way to gain EXP yea?
Sorry for so many questions, thanks alot people.

submission for and maybe surf over megakick (evolve surfing pikachu after he learns it from stadium or just shark it).
dont put specials on snorlax...his attacks are way better.
body slam
earthquake
reflect
rest
put acid armor in the last slot for and switch out takedown for either doubleteam or haze.

Where can i get the TMs like earthquake? Can you buy them anywhere but celadon mart? Because it doesnt seem to have earth quake or reflect (for snorlax)

Hi, i thought i could do an update on how im doing. I was also thinking about maybe going firespin/toxic with Charizard. Is it a good combination?
Mewtwo
Level 86
Swift
Psychic
Barrier
Recover
Vaporeon
Level 66
Surf
take down
hydropump
Ice Beam
Charizard
Level 54
Firespin
Slash
Flamethrower
Fire Blast
Snorlax
Level 51
Earthquake
Defense Curl
rest
Body Slam
Raichu
Level 76
Thundershock
Growl
Thunder wave
Mega Kick
Leaving me with a gap, I may just use Articuno after all but im not really sure. Any suggestions? I s'pose i could get a hold of mew.

: Amnesia over Swift and Ice Beam over Barrier.
: Acid Armor and Rest over Take Down and Hydro Pump.
: You could try Swords Dance, Earthquake, Rock Slide (Breed in GSC) and Wing Attack.
: Rock Slide over Defense Curl or You could try the Special Sweeper with Amnesia, Psychic, Thunderbolt/Ice Beam/Flamethrower and Rest.
: Thunderbolt, Surf and Body Slam over Mega Kick, Growl and Thundershock, if you can't get Surf try Submission.

Can every single move be obtained via TMs? Im thinking this as i have already passed the point where mewtwo can pick amnesia and Vaporeon can pick acid armour

no there are a certain number of specific moves that have corresponding tms.
if u have stadium2, beating the elite 4 in gym leader castle will allow u to go back and relearn a move. i got my used stadium2 for close to $20 at a gamestop. i enjoyed it.

Yes, but you have to pick them out of the game and not register them for it to let them relearn a move.

interesting...ur team is almost just like bobashotmace's
look above same goes...
eq
surf
blizzard (in r/b/y this move had good accuracy)
haze/rest
blastoise can be ur hazer since u dont have one on ur team. alternatively, use rest for healing.
ur team also has the problem of variety. try to vary up the members of ur team for different roles: tank, annoyer, sweepers, etc. and using 00bers the way u pack em all together may be a bit cheesy. try to go for underused stuff: makes the game a bit more fun.
EDIT: by the way, correct me if im wrong but i think using double-edge with substitute on the suggested moveset for wont cause hp damage.
