No. That was easily the most important question to ask in solving this riddle.

No. Since when does McDonnalds serve seagull? If there are no more SERIOUS guesses by next weekend, this thread go bye-bye.

LOL, LOL, LOL, this game's so cool! I took some hours trying to solve it with my friends and it ended up we couldn't figure out what the answer was, so the person had to tell us!
I know the answer, but I'm not telling you! Laa-li-hoooo!!
--> Oh, just a curiosity, here we say the restaurant served Seagull Soup.

Did eating the read seagull lead him to realize something about the "seagull" he'd eaten previously?

I said this contest was over a long time ago. And I thought it was dead, but I guess not everyone thinks so.

Yeah, it has been dead, or at least it was dead.
Anyway, the real reason why i bothered to post here is that before Jiggz, SK, or one of the global mods lock this, I'd like to know what the answer is, since I have no idea whatsoever. Whether Flannery, Jiggz, or whoever gives the answer doesn't matter.

The answer is...
The man and his wife were on a cruise ship. The ship wrecked, the man lost his sight and became blind, and they floated on a piece of debris for days. One day, a flock of seagulls were flying overhead...so his wife tried to catch some, but failed miserably, so she told her husband to eat her. He refused, so she lied to him and told him she had caught a seagull when she was really giving him meat from her own body. That's why the man jumped out the window. Because he realized he had eaten his wife.
Yes, very gross. I've heard several different versions of this, but this was the first. If anyone has another one, feel free to start it. Maybe it'll be less...weird...than this one was, and last longer too.
