Black Sludge? WHY? Did you mean Toxic orb? Black sludge is just leftovers that only works on dark types. Or poison, can't remember.

Ursaring- adamant ability- black sludge item
Ev's- 252 att, 252 speed, the rest in hp
Facade
Earthquake
Crunch or shadowclaw
Cross chop or rockslide
Feel free to offer suggestions.
I know this Combo effectively takes out foes in 1 hit if they are not resistant towards Facade but 1 huge flaw is that Ursaring is Slow. So to solve that Prob I came up with this Ursaring:
Nature: Jolly to be Safe or Adamant cos the Attack Bonus is a lot higher.
Ability: Quick Feet...ya that's right you've seen correctly...I didn't use an Ursaring with the Guts ability.
Item: Toxic Orb
Moves:
Swords Dance
Facade
Earthquake/Fire Punch/Ice Punch
Rock Slide/Shadow Claw/ Thunder Punch
As you can see, Ursaring's problem with Speed is Effectively taken care of and you will still do as much if not more damage than your Ursaring. Here's an Example: Ursaring is Slower than most Pokemon and Toxic Orb takes a turn to activate right? Here's the battle plan...use Swords Dance first...you'll most likely get whacked before your Ursaring uses Swords Dance but don't worry...the next turn, Toxic Orb Activates and your Speed multiplies by 1.5 times. You'll most likely be faster than the foe then and you'll get to attack with Facade right after you used Swords Dance, all thanks to the Toxic orb and Quick Feet. The foe will most certainly be KOed and your boosted speed will allow you to Sweep through with Facade. There you have it...an Ultimate Build for Ursaring.

with azumarill's hp at 50% and his semi mediocre defense (even with the EVS) would it be able to survive hits and sweep without a priority move?
and as a CBer, can this thing make a decent dent without me rebreeding and putting EVS into att?

Belly Drum/Aqua Jet is an illegal breeding combo. Ditch Drum for Brick Break and Return for Waterfall, and stick a CB on it. The rest of the team is fine but you do need a phazer.

HP fighting is an option only if you have it on this gengar. otherwise, consider choice scarf (its a surprise on weaviles)... go with t-bolt in the 2nd spot

Okay, so here's my team. It's a Rain Dance BL team, so just keep that in mind when rating please.
Ludicolo @ Damp Rock
Rain Dish
Calm (+SP.DEF, -ATK)
EV's: 204 HP/76 SP.ATK/124 SP.DEF/104 SPD
Rain Dance
Toxic
Giga Drain
Leech Seed
Great annoyer. First I use Rain Dance to get Rain Dish going (it acts as a Leftovers). Toxic, Leech Seed, Giga Drain when I can afford it.
Floatzel @ Expert Belt
Swift Swim
Adamant (+ATK, -SP.ATK)
6 HP/252 ATK/252 SPD
Brick Break
Crunch
Waterfall
Ice Fang
This awesome Pokemon goes to 658 max speed with Swift Swim and has almost the same coverage as Electivire. It has max 600+ SPD and a base 115 (or was it 100?) ATK. Total ownage.
Kingdra @ Life Orb
Swift Swim
Modest (+SP.ATK, -ATK)
EV's: 252 SPATK /252 SPD/6 HP
Rain Dance
Dragon Pulse
Surf
Ice Beam
Pretty basic Kingdra. Rain Dance at a switch, and then I sweep. An option that has been recommended to me is a Mixed Sweeper Kingdra, which I like, but I will lose a Rain Dancer.
Foretress @ Leftovers
Relaxed (+DEF, -SPD)
Sturdy
EV's: 252 HP/162 ATK /96 DEF
Gyro Ball
Rapid Spin
Stealth Rock
Explosion
I'm not sure if this Pokemon is considered BL or OU, but I am going to use it until someone tells me I'm wrong...
Set up Stealth Rock, Rapid Spin out of their Spikes/Stealth Rock, use Gyro Ball when I can and Explosion as a last resort.
Gorebyss @ Focus Sash
Modest
Swift Swim
EV's: 252 SP.ATK/252 HP/6 SPD
Rain dance
Surf
Ice beam
Shadow ball
All credit goes to KOL40 for this moveset.
This was originally a Magnezone, but I need a substitute since it was OU, and this is what I picked. Gorebyss works like Kingdra and Floatzel, since all three have Swift Swim. But Gorebyss is a little weak, hence the Focus Sash. First, one of my Pokemon faints. Then I send out Gorebyss. They use a move that would have KO'ed Gorebyss, but it survives with Focus Sash, and I use Rain Dance. Then I just sweep them dead! And with 114 base Sp.Atk and a max 406 Speed, this thing is nothing to underestimate!
Miltank @ Leftovers
Impish
Scrappy
EV's: 252 HP/136 DEF/120 SP.DEF
Milk Drink
Curse
Heal Bell
Body Slam
Curser and Heal Beller. Hits hard with Body Slam after a few Curses.
That's my team, and I'm open to all flames, criticism, and most importantly, advice.

you also have the option of subseeding (if you want that, substitute>toxic), but what you have here is OK. is there a specific reason why you have all those speed EVs though? i think it would be best in fitted in spDef.
Floatzel @ Expert Belt
Swift Swim
Adamant (+ATK, -SP.ATK)
6 HP/252 ATK/252 SPD
Brick Break
Crunch
Waterfall
Ice Fang
This awesome pokemon goes to 658 max speed with Swift Swim and has almost the same coverage as Electivire. But I'm not sure what item to use. CB would give more power without HP cost but it's good moves wouldn't be put to use very well. Life Orb is the opposite.
yes, 658 is overkill, even on some ninjasks after one speed boost -_- take some of those spdEVs out and put them into HP if you want to keep expert belt/choice band. however, you can also keep this EV spread, and slap on life orb instead for an extra kick, even if it doesn't hit SE.
Kingdra @ Life Orb
Swift Swim
Modest (+SP.ATK, -ATK)
EV's: 252 SPATK /252 SPD/6 HP
Rain Dance
Dragon Pulse
Surf
Ice Beam
Pretty basic Kingdra. Rain Dance at a switch, and then I sweep. An option that has been recommended to me is a Mixed Sweeper Kingdra, which I like, but I will lose a Rain Dancer.
you wouldn't want life orb killing your rain dancer now would you? lefties instead, and *maybe* draco meteor>dragon pulse.
Foretress @ Leftovers
Relaxed (+DEF, -SPD)
Sturdy
EV's: 252 HP/162 ATK /96 DEF
Gyro Ball
Rapid Spin
Stealth Rock
Explosion
I'm not sure if this Pokemon is considered BL or OU, but I am going to use it until someone tells me I'm wrong...
Set up Stealth Rock, Rapid Spin out of their Spikes/Stealth Rock, use Gyro Ball when I can and Explosion as a last resort.
no changes here, but i am very sure that it is OU... the only other spiker that can do its job better is skarmory, who is in the league of mega-OU O.o
Gorebyss @ Focus Sash
Modest
Swift Swim
EV's: 252 SP.ATK/252 HP/6 SPD
Rain dance
Surf
Ice beam
Shadow ball
All credit goes to KOL40 for this moveset.

if i remember correctly, it's HP is lacking a bit, but it also packs good Def, so sash isn't really needed IMO. lefties should go on your rain dancers, and this is no exception.
Miltank @ Leftovers
Impish
Scrappy
EV's: 252 HP/136 DEF/120 SP.DEF
Milk Drink
Curse
Heal Bell
Body Slam
Curser and Heal Beller. Hits hard with Body Slam after a few Curses.
rain dance team right? OK just making sure. i don't think curse in necessary (you have a physical sponge in forrestress, possibly gorebyss) but only because hammer arm is a neat option for miltank. with scappy, miltank can hit the likes of spiritomb and provide type coverage.
That's my team, and I'm open to all flames, criticism, and most importantly, advice.
wheres kyogre? nah jk. however, you've forgotten the major weaknesses in water types -- electric and grass. grass you do have covered with forrestress, but grass knot users will hit it off of it's horrid spDef. what's even worse is your t-bolt weakness, and i have the solution for you:
Quagsire@leftovers/chesto
damp/water absorb
adamant 252hp/129atk/129def
-curse
-earthquake
-waterfall
-ice punch/haze/amnesia/yawn/rest
ice punch is really nice if you can get it, but you do need a hazer the last time i've checked, but amnesia can also help it through a tankish feel, while rest+chesto gives you free heal to sweep after cursing.

4ever_bug_catcher - Thanks for the suggestions, they're very helpful!
The SPD EV's for Ludicolo are there because I originally copied it off Smogon, nobody really pointed that out to me....thanks! I agree, I should change the spread. Is this better: 204 HP/96 SP.ATK/208 SP.DEF ?
I might just put the Life Orb on Floatzel, I don't want to do a whole new one....
I'm fine with lefties on Kingdra, but I have no idea on the Dragon Pulse and Draco Meteor thing, so I need a firm opinion...
Ok, Forretress is definitely going out then. Quagsire is the replacement for it and not any other Pokemon, right?
Ok, I'll put lefties on Gorebyss.
I don't mind putting Hammer Arm in on Miltank, but I want some more support for that idea before I do it.
On Quagsire, I like all of the choices, so I have no idea.... I might do a poll on which move to use.
Thanks again for the advice!

much better, no changes on that one

draco meteor is for that finishing move against someone you want dead very badly. dragon pulse is good as well for consistent damage.
Ok, Forretress is definitely going out then. Quagsire is the replacement for it and not any other Pokemon, right?
hmm... who should be replaced, that is the question. sadly, if you do replace forrestress, you wouldn't have a spiker on the team, and you'll be depending on ludicolo, maybe kingdra, to take on grass knots. since ludicolo does work as your special sponge, i guess it would matter; so go ahead, and replace forretress.
Ok, I'll put lefties on Gorebyss.
I don't mind putting Hammer Arm in on Miltank, but I want some more support for that idea before I do it.
hammer arm is an option because only steels and rocks will give miltank a hard time => solved by hammer arm.
On Quagsire, I like all of the choices, so I have no idea.... I might do a poll on which move to use.
i have the rest+chesto combo, but thats only because i am planning it to be on a trick room team
Thanks again for the advice!

go with either stealth rock or toxic, not both. run toxic/block/taunt/metal burst on a toxiBastiodon, stealth rock/roar/rest/protect? on a SR-Bastiondon.
OR
Bastiodon Docile/@Leftovers
~Gyro Ball
~Rock Slide
~Iron Defense
~Amnesia
curse, if you are willing to breed, works wonders w/ gyro ball for obvious reasons. rock slide is OK, but again, only if you get curse. curse>iron defense, and you're really set if you want an (surprise) attacking Bastiondon

I think a better moveset would be something like
Forterres @ Leftovers
-Toxic Spikes
-Explosion
-Rapid Spin
-Spikes/Gyroball
Forterres is kind of an interesting pokemon. His moveset can be varied several different ways and still be useful. I think he is better using toxic spikes over regular because it can cripple unpreopared teams. Anyways do what you like but thats what i suggest.

for the nasty plot set, I would give it flamethrower/aura sphere/air slash. likewise, you go go the scarf route:
Togekiss@choice scarf
serene grace
timid (get modest if you can) 252spAtk/252spd/6hp OR 252spd/129spAtk/129HP
-air slash
-flamethrower
-aura sphere
-shadow ball/grass knot

well my orginal theroy was that use Explosion and then survive, I tested this but it didn't work, then I thought since Meta is a sloww poke it could use Focus sash to survive strong hits, but my other thought was lefties so I'll edit it to include'Focus sash/ Leftovers

is this for in-game? other than that, i cannot think of a reason why you can't breed. attract and captivate is meh... but i can't think of any other possibilities if you can't breed (i remember i had spark/thunder fang/charge/crunch for an ingame luxray)
