for me it was:
articuno (15 ultra balls)
zapdos (20 great balls) 2nd cause i was out of ultras
moltres(4 great balls)

For me it went this way
Zapdos-hardest
articuno-medium
Moltres easiest

wow lucky. i took at least 3-5 ultra balls only, if i recall.

I'd have to say the easiest and funnest bird to catch was Zapdos. Secondary is Moltres and lastly Articuno.

Zapdos caught 3 in a pokeball
moltres caught 1 in an ultra ball
articuno caught 1 in a materball ,after a month. :roll:

ABSOLUTELY articuno i just had to use a great ball on articuno - ultra ball on moltres but i got SOOOO annoyed with zapdos that me and my friend agreed that i would catch it with a master ball but i was saving it for mewto but oh well ill just kill him when i get to mewto and its really hard

^ are you kidding i caught mewtwo in an ultra ball. after 89 leech seed deaths.

i vthink moltres was always the easiest. it went down fast and in fire red it has endure and if your lucky it'll be left with 1 hp.

I caught articuno with like 10 ultra balls.
Zapdos took about 40 or so & Moltres I had to reset once & go buy more ultra balls. After that it took like 50 or 60 to get it. I was super pi**ed off.

For me, Moltres!!! Though I suck at catching them.

This is the order I caught them in and how many balls it took.

Moltres + 14 Ultra Balls + 17 Great Balls = MINE! Caught in an Ultra ball.

Zapdos + 27 Ultra Balls + 2 Great Balls = MINE! Caught in an Ultra ball.

Articuno (The beautiful BEAST!) + 40 Ultra Balls + 37 Great Balls + Three restarts (saved right before battle) = MINE! Finally Caught in an Great Ball.

And I think that Moltres would have been the hardest with my Sasuke

Articuno and Zapdos always frustrated me soooo much in the original Red and Blue. In the GBA versions they were all easy to get, but Moltres always seemed to go quietly after 10-20 Ultra Balls but I always ended up totally frustrated out of my mind at the other two.

Zapdos. It was so easy. It didn't even half health and I threw a uktra ball and caught it.

Well IDK if im lucky or what but I catched all the birds with regular old pokeballs. In fact this is about how it went.

IDK if Im just really lucky or what.I did have 99 ultra balls and 99 great balls but I caught all the birds with normal old pokeballs.Next task is getting mewtwo in a pokeball hahahaha.

mine was different.

Moltres was the easiest. I caught mine with 5 ultraballs.

Next is Zapdos. I dunno why. Maybe I'm just lucky.

The hardest is Articuno. It took me forever! (And by forever I meant: 15 0r more soft resets; 57 Ultra Balls excluding the ones when i soft reset)

mine was aritcuno. It was very easy to catch but I killed it prob. 3 times

moltres was the hardest and it is really strong

articuno was the easiest for me and moltres was the hardest

For me the easiest was Zapdos and the hardest was Articuno.

mine, I was VERY suprised, moltres... it took about 5 Ultra Balls, about 5% health left and sleeping... I had bought 50 ultra balls to catch him but I only needed 5

whats zapados? and yes i agree, articuno is easy along with moltres. however, zapdos is a pain to catch

I caught Zapdos first. That was NOT easy... Zapdos is (if you ask me) the hardes to catch.
With Zapdos I caught Articuno... And I still need to catch Moltres.

Articuno was the absolute easiest for me. A zap from my Pikachu, paralysis inflicted, and in the Ultra ball it goes. (It took maybe five Ultras.)

The Moltres. It required a few soft resets, but nothing 16 Ultras and a Blastoise and Pikachu can't handle. (Paralysis and Sleep conditions are the best, though Poisoned works to) My brother caught his without saving, only having his starter (Venusaur) with him and a pokeball . He bragged for the whole day.

Zapdos wasn't that bad, especially compared to Mewtwo, but definitely the hardest out of the birds. Pika kept on missing and wasn't that effective, and I had to use my Charizard, who has a weakness to Electricity. >.< Took a few tries, but fate wasn't a total and I caught it within 20 minutes. Took (I think) 27 Ultras, not counting the ones before soft-reseting.
