Well, while the main purpose of it is for SkarmBliss, it's still going to be used as a pure sweeper. So maybe both grass knot, and stone edge instead of mach punch, and to fill in the gap?

Uh... what's the gap? I think the moveset is complete now:

{infernape} @ Life Orb/Lefties
252 Spd/252 Atk/252 Sp.Atk
Hasty|Blaze
~Flamethrower
~Close Combat
~Stone Edge
~Grass Knot

Hows this for an Infernape? This is mainly a ScarmBliss destroyer, while being a (slightly) mixed sweeper.

^^ Little help?

BTW superblah, I can't see your name on the first page(listing raters)

That Infernape can have Nasty Plot over Stone Edge for a setup sweep.

What would the EV's be for a Mixed Sweeper Salamance(naughty) and a Phys Sweeper Lucario(what should the trait be)?

MIxMence=129 atk 129 sp atk 252 spd a better nature might be Naive/Hasty with a Life Orb/Expert belt

Physical Lucario= Seadfast

Just got a few Pokemon to be rated that's all.

{dusknoir} @Leftovers
Careful|Pressure
~Shadow Punch
~Earth Quake
~Rest
~Will-O-Wisp

Rest is meh, I'd use Pain Split.

{salamence} @Choice Specs
Rash|Intimidate
~Hydro Pump
~Flame Thrower
~Dragon Pulse
~Draco Meteor/Roost

Roost with Specs is no. Otherwise it's fine. Rash might not let it survive something like Claydol Ice Beam, so watch out for that.

{toxicroak} @Leftovers
Adamant|Anticipation
~Swords Dance
~Cross Shop
~Sucker Punch
~Stone Edge

Poison is really bad. You get more coverage this way. EQ is redundant with STAB fighting.

{garchomp} @Choice Band/Choice Scarf
Adamant|Sand Veil
~Stone Edge
~Dragon Claw
~Fire Fang
~Earth Quake

CBChomp runs differently than ScarfChomp. This set is better with CB.

{lucario} *SHINE* @Life Orb
Modest/Timid|Inner Focus
~Shadow Ball
~Dragon Pulse
~Aura Sphere
~Dark Pulse/Flash Cannon

Get HP Ice if you can, otherwise go with Close Combat and a Hasty/Rash/Mild/Naive nature. If you must, use Flash Cannon.

It's fairly decent. Needs a special wall, maybe a supporter.[/b]

I am venturing into the world of Pokemon whose stats are so high that they give Steelix a run for his money.

The Uber teir.

I recently got PBR, and seeing how the many people on the random battle there uses these Uber Pokemon, I have started to form a team of my own, but I'd like some help with deciding what goes where, and such. Cheers!

Quote:

{kyogre}@Choice Scarf
Modest
252 Spd 252 Spatk

Water Spout
Thunder
Ice Beam
Surf/???

What on earth do I do for the last slot? Need help with that one please...

{palkia}@Lustrous Orb
Modest
252 Spd 252Spatk

Surf
Spatial Rend / Draco Meteor
Brick Break
EQ

Lustrous Orb is there so I can use Life Orb on another Pokemon. Which should I choose between Spatial Rend and Meteor? BBreak for Blissey, EQ for Meta and the steel type Arceus.

{deoxys} [D]@Lefties
Bold?
252HP 126 Def 126 Spdef

Knock Off
Recover
Rapid Spin
Toxic

More of an annoyer. Knock off the item, spin away Srock, T/Spikes etc, and deal out damage with Toxic to tanks like Lugia. I'm going with Bold as a nature, though suggestions would be helpful. ;)

{lugia}@????
????
??????

I want Lugia on my team, but I really don't know where to start with it. Perhaps Calm MInd / Recover / TWo attacks? But which attacks? Help would be appreciated. If this could be tied it with the Rain somehow...Thunder on it somewhere? =/

{kingdra}@Choice Specs
Modest
252Spd 252Spatk

Draco Meteor
Surf
???
???

The idea of this one is merely to take advantage of Kyogre's rain, and deliver a massive hit to something that won't expect it. Don't know what to do for the other two slots; Ice Beam will be made redundant by Draco Meteor...perhaps I should just scrap this one entirely?

{metagross}@Life Orb
Adamant
252 Atk 252???

Ice Punch
Meteor Mash
EQ
BBreak

Ice Punch is there for the Dragons, Meteor Mash is a good STAB move, EQ catches other Metagross, and BBreak takes out Blissey.

So yeah, help would be desired with Lugia's moves, and Kingdra's replacement if it's too awful for Ubers (which I'm very much sure t'will be.)
What of Spiritomb? Banded Sucker Punch hurts Deoxys [A] a hell of a lot. Thankies!

PalkiaLustrous Orb

Aqua Tail

Again, Aqua Tail and Hasty for Bliss.

Deoxys-LG@Lefties
Careful/Calm
252HP 56 Def 200 Spdef

Knock Off
Recover
Rapid Spin
Toxic

Looks fine.

Lugia@Leftovers
252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef -- Bold
Shadow Ball
Roost
Reflect/Light Screen
Ice Beam

Standard Lugia, pretty much.

Metagross@Life Orb
Adamant
252 Atk 252 HP

Ice Punch
Meteor Mash
Explosion
Bullet Punch

Meteor Mash does enough to Bliss. Bullet Punch is there for things like Deoxys-FR. Explosion when you're done.

Replace Kingdra with Manaphy if you can get it. Dialga is another good choice. You can probably get another Leftovers from a trade.

The idea of not using another Leftovers was so I didn't break Item Clause. Hence I used Lustrous Orb on Palkia > Life Orb, so that Metagross still had access to it.

And yeah, Manaphy I like, it works well with the whole Rain Dance thing. The only thing I'm worrying about is getting a good IVed one. It also means completing Ranger, and repeatedly doing that crappy Manaphy Egg mission so that it gets good IVs/Nature.

Thanks for rating it, much appreciated. ;)

Item clause is really terrible. But if you want to play with it, go ahead. Giratina would be another good replacement for Kingdra, but since you already have so many walls why not try a CM version?

Volt tackle is physical? If so then you don't want adamant. It takes from your special attack. Use Naive, or plus whatever and minus a def nature.

Terrible though it may be, it is the accepted 'Standard OU' rule according to most of the better sites (this one included, I'm sure.)

If you check the official topic, I'm pretty sure that they'll also have item Clause as one of their many clauses, so as not to make the game broken / boring / crap.

So yeah, I'm playing by it because that's how most people play it.

And I'll look into Giratina, it's a shame I recently traded it off to some noob on Smogon...D=

I really never got how item clause was boring. If anything it limits your options, since now you can't really have two effective walls. And it's not standard on Shoddy or Smogon tournaments. Item clause is really just an excuse for people who don't feel like getting a few more Leftovers and so they don't want anyone else to either.

~Mismagius @ leftovers. Levitate

~Substitute
~Will o wisp
~pain split
~spite

are those defense EVs supposed to do anything? you should take advantage of mismagius' strong points that sets it from dusknoir/gengar: a durable, calm mind sweeper:

@leftovers
calm mind
shadow ball
thunderbolt
will o wisp/substitute

or a perish trapper would be nice: mean look/perish song/protect/substitute... the tankish moveset you have up there is better suited for a dusknoir.

~Monfernape @100 wide lens. blaze
Adamant/Modest, 252 spd, 128 atk, 128 sp. atk

~Fire blast
~Focus blast
~U turn
~Stone edge

Mixed sweeper

fire blast is turning into a good option infernape nowadays, as a this won't damage a reflecting-cresselia w/o it, but you do have u-turn, which will do sufficient damage to cresselia and switch out to an appropriate counter (maybe that mismagius?). so in short, flamethrower>fire blast and close combat>focus blast (to ruin blissey). life orb/expert belt is then a better item for this situation. naive nature.

~espeon @100 lum berry. synchornize
Modest/Timid, 252 spd, 252 sp atk, 4hp

grass knot
psychic
shadow ball
trump card

Special Sweeper

trump card is indeed filler, and with that, choice specs is a viable option. modest nature.

~Sceptile @100 Razor claw. Overgrow
Adamant, 252 atk, 128 hp, 128 spd

~Dragon claw
~night slash
~leaf blade
~rain dance

Physical sweeper/ set up

rain dance... besides ampharos, i can't think of anyone else on this team that will benefit from it. ditch that and give it earthquake and slap on choice band. i like pursuit instead of night slash however, as this will become a handy switch-in on a non-scarfed gengar/azelf, but if they don't expect a night slash and try to cripple you, then i guess it can stay. 252atk/252spd/6hp

OR go with the classic subseeder-Sceptile, as it is the fast pokemon to carry out his strategy:

@leftovers/jolly nature, 252spd/200def/58hp
substitute
leech seed
leaf blade
X-scissor

X-scissor is for incoming grass types that will evade all leech seed attempts

~ampharos @100 ???. Static
serious, 152 atk, 152 sp atk, 204 hp

~signal beam
~thunder/discharge
~power gem
~fire punch

well, w/o rain dance, thunderbolt should go in the 2nd spot. thunderwave can go instead of fire punch to fix it's abysmal speed, which in effect gives you a more EVs to work with: 252spAtk/129hp/129spd or 252spAtk/252spd/6hp perhaps? leftovers as item.

~Octillery @100 razor claw. sniper
modest, 252 sp atk, 128 hp, 128 sp def

~ice beam
~gunk shot
~wring out
~surf

surf and ice beam are good, but you have to take advantage of its sniper ability. focus energy>gunk shot and energy ball>wring out. otherwise, flamethrower>gunk shot and energy ball>wring out (read: just get rid of gunk shot and wring out)

well that's one of my teams to be rated. thankz to whoever rates them...

shadow punch

Driflbim aftermath
??

hail support doesn't really fit here. for one thing, it can kill shedinja and the other, only frolass benefits from hail. keep in mind that it is also too fragile to set up hail AND spikes. assuming this is a leadoff, taunt is a good option to have in there:

Frolass@leftovers
timid 252spAtk/252spd/6hp
taunt
spikes
destiny bond/thunderbolt
ice beam

taunt prevents skarmory, gyarados, TTar, basically a lot, from setting up, opening a chance for you to lay down your spikes. ice beam is always good, especially if you're getting STAB off of it. then there's thunderbolt vs. destiny bond: thunderbolt if for you really, really, really hate gyarados and skarmory, but frolass is one of the fastest destiny bonders in the game, and instantly downing a foe can really turn the battle around.

Shedinja Wonder guard
adamant

Willowisp
confuse ray
grudge
u-turn

u-turn is good to annoy incoming dark types. grudge can really screw walls that only carry one offensive move. confuse ray is standard to keep this critter alive, and i guess will o wisp is your choice of preference in the WoW vs. toxic. @focus sash (what else?)

Sableye Keen eye
docile

toxic
protect
detect
nightshade

uhh, no. protect this turn and detect the next doesn't work; both moves take the accuracy cut. besides, sablye has very little value even on a ghost team, so how about considering it's ghost/dark typed counterpart?

Spiritomb@leftovers
pressure
relaxed/sassy 252hp/129def/129spDef
will o wisp/toxic
calm mind
pain split
dark pulse

it can toxic if you want, but will o wisp is highly recommended to increase its walling potential. calm mind raises its spDef and boosts dark pulse as well. pain split is a cruddy but clear-cut way of spiritomb healing.

Gengar pressure
modest

thunderbolt
energyball
sludgebomb
dark pulse

specs-Gengar is believe? shadow ball>dark pulse for obvious reasons and focus blast>sludge bomb if you want. you can also slap on destiny bond over sludge bomb while still holding choice specs. i'll show you later on.

Dusclops pressure
careful

curse
rest
earthquake
shadow punch

for this team to work, this pokemon needs to evolve :D and trick room. frolass and gengar aside, your team is pretty slow, which makes trick room a viable choice:

Dusknoir@leftovers
pressure
brave/relaxed/sassy 252hp/129def/129spDef or 252hp/129atk/129spDef
trick room
pain split/brick break
earthquake
elemental punch of your choice (preferably ice punch)

trick room allows spiritomb, dusknoir, drifblim to move first 90% of the time. it also helps gengar get in a destiny bond against faster pokemon (choice scarfers, outraging Garchomp, DDancing dragons, etc.)

Driflbim aftermath
??

Baton pass
stockpile
omnious wind
substitute

aftermath eh... leftovers can do. actually, baton-passing stockpiles to dusknoir can really be killer, as Dusknoir can be an attacking monster in trick room with near-impenetrable defenses (makes brick break viable for dusknoir) speed-lowering nature.

Do reply how good you guys think... Though I'm raising a non-uber team for fair matches against others as only my cousin is the only one who can only win this team once ever...Haha...

All out offencers that crash hard...

Dialga - Timid - Life Orb
(pressure)
-Aura sphere
-Earth Power
-Brick Break
-Draco meteor

Brick Break for Blissey. Don't use Roar of Time.

Arceus - Adamant - Leftovers
Multitype
Extremespeed
Swords Dance
Shadow Claw
Recover

If you're going to hack something at least give it the right trait. You'll need to find a replacement for this if people mind fighting it. Or you can just use Shoddy.

Mewtwo - Hasty - Choice Specs
Aura Sphere
Shadow Ball
Grass Rope/Ice Beam/Thunder/Selfdestruct
Grass Rope/Ice Beam/Thunder/Selfdestruct

Last slot is a toss up. Pick whatever you think will help the most.

Kyogre - Modest
(drizzle)

Surf
-Ice Beam
-Thunder
Calm Mind

CMOgre. I really dislike the Scarf version but you can use it as well.

Lugia - Bold -- Leftovers
(pressure)
Roost
Whirlwind
Reflect

-Ice beam

Standard.

Don't use Zapdos in Ubers.

Forretress @ Leftovers
Toxic Spikes
Stealth Rock
Gyro Ball
Rest

You kind of needed a physical wall.
