Fire Red/Leaf Green Item Locations Guide
-Updated on 17 October 2006
Hello everyone. First of all, I would like to clarify that this guide is meant to provide details about the locations of the items only. The detailed descriptions of the items are available on the existing Item List on the main site, which can be found here: http://psypokes.com/lgfr/items.php
Secondly, TM/HM locations will not be included in this guide, since information is already available on the main site as well. Go here: http://www.psypokes.com/lgfr/tmhm.php
Thirdly, take note that the locations are not exhaustive. For instance, Potions can be found scattered in many locations, but not all the locations are listed. The main location would still be "Pokemarts", since that is the most convenient method to obtain one.

Is there an item that I need to get into there?
I've tried using cut but the guy in is in the way, and I can't read the braille, so do I need an item to be able to read the braille? Because I've gone to where the 2 rocket guys are guarding the cave on Mt. Ember and gotten and returned the sapphire to Celio. But I still can't read the braille, in that cave?
Please be as specific as possible I've been at this part for weeks no one seems to be able to help me

Er, what item are you trying to get, or what place are you trying to get into? I don't quite get you.
Should you need help with Item Locations, you should try the Itemfinder thread here: http://www.psypokes.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=512

Just a little addition, if you use the itemfinder where you first battled Giovanni, you can find a net and nest ball.

I'm pretty sure you can get the yellow flute (2.8) at the game corner. Because I have one and didn't trade for it on LG.

Noted. It costs 1600 Coins. The costs of other items obtainable from Celadon Game Corner have been updated as well.

I think it only works for RSE. I didn't get any Premier Balls from LG when I bought 10 consecutive Pokeballs, nor did I get any when I bought 10 at a single shot.

To helpme1234, If you are talking about the Water Path (southern) part of 6 Island, after getting that gem thing on 1 Island you must then travel to 4 Island, enter the Icefall Cave, and find your way around untill you reach a pokeball on the floor above the one where you "skate". This is the HM07 Waterfall! Teach it to a pokemon, ride the waterfall in the entrance, go down a ladder that is off screen, then you will fight a team rocket person. After a little info. exchange, you go back to that door on 6 Island and use Cut. The door will open. After you fall through the 1st hole, fall in this order:UP,LEFT, RIGHT, DOWN. That guy will steal the blue plate and (drumroll) tell you the other password! YAY!
Go to the hideout on 5 island and have your absolute strongest pokemon ready. Their pokemon are Lv.48-Lv.53! Beat Everyone, the scientist will fight you. Beat him and he will return the blue plate.
