Is it supposed to go against evolution or agree with it. It shows a lizard evolving into a bird and then says something about lies. Or did I just look at it totally wrong?

Actually due to recent studies it's not incorrect Avians are now classified as a sub phyla of Phyla Repetilia. Avians evolved from reptiles so what you have is biolgically correct.

Given that creationists don't believe birds came from reptiles, the image doesn't make much sense. If you're comfortable with having a non-sensical, contradictory image in your signature, then go for it.
