I don't think you can re-battle the gym trainers; just the gym leaders.

When can one assess the part of the Safari Zone that has Johto Pokemon? Must the Elite Four be cleared first before that section is open?

after beating the E4, is there a certain chance of your blue/red latios/latias, or is at total random, i mean like, anything like the comparible odds of finding a shiny, finding a pokerus infected pkmn, etc.
like what Are the chances of encountering it in the wild like 1/blank pokemon

If your asking if the game picks one it doesn't you pick it the TV will say "a BZZZT in color pokemon" and your mom will ask you if yo heard Red or Blue

Blue=Latios

Actually, I think that you can pick either Latios or Latias to be available in Emerald unlike in RS.

I cannot seem to find a Name Rater to change names in Emerald.

Well, for the first question, I don't know either. I was trying to find out too.

For the second, if they're still the same as in RS, then they are: GREAT BATTLE, CHALLENGE CONTEST, OVERWHELMING LATIAS, COOL LATIOS, SUPER HUSTLE, and your starter's abilty plus its final form (eg TORRENT SWAMPERT, OVERGROW SCEPTILE, BLAZE BLAZIKEN)

For the third: If I'm not wrong, the berry she gives out depends on your ID and never changes. I myself always got Lum berries (in my Sapphire).

Okay I have heard that after defeating E4 and Wallace,you can face the real champ steven,but I don't know where to find him so can anybody where will be steven and I can't find that Unlocked area in Safari Zone can anybody tell me the exact direction you need to follow to go to that area and also can anybody which bike should I use To reach that Unlocked areas in Safari Zone,Acro or Mach?

I think for the secret area in Safari Zone you need Arco Bike.

I hate to disagree with a gym leader, but I don't think that it matters which bike you have to get into the new section. If you go up and then to the right after entering the safari zone, you should find a new passage and a guy who will tell you that the renovation is complete. I don't remember needing either bike in there. Also, Steven is in Meteor Falls. If you go to the spot where you find the TM for Iron Tail, there will be a passage that wasn't there before. Follow the passage back, and you will find Steven looking for rocks. Talk to him, and he will attack. However, be careful; his pokemon are around lvl 70. They are the same ones he had when he was the Champion, however.
