I'm redoing my D/P team, and I'm looking for some advice. This post will be my current team, and the next post will be a list of some of the pokemon I'm considering.

First, my current team

Impish/Sturdy
EV: 196hp, 144atk, 96def, 32spd, 186sp def
Stealth Rock
Drill Peck
Rest
Roar

{blissey} @ Leftovers
Calm/Natural Cure
EV: 148Hp, 252Def, 108Sp Def
Seismic Toss
Thunder Wave

Sadly, I've never settled on a 6th member. Tried both Lucario and Togekiss, niether really did well.

I'm thinking about leaving Skarmory and Suicune in my team, as they've served me very well. My Salamence and Weavile do there job good too, but they don't work so well in this team for some odd reason.

Blissey has been nothing but a liability for me, since its both easy to predict and has no way to hit a ghost type.

I'm considering adding a DD tyranitar, but then Weavile has to go, as sandstorm would kill it's Focus sash, unless I use Weavile early on, but that runs the risk of encountering Weaviles counters, and anyone who uses a Weavile knows that it's best to wait and take out its counters early game.

If I add tyranitar, I think it would be fitting to add scizor as well, but then I need to find a way to counter fire users. I'm considering making a Swampert, but then it would not only clash with suicune, but my team would also have too many physical attackers.

And speaking of which, I need some suggestions for special fighters, as the current metagame is kinda lacking in that area.

Any advice would be great.

for Skarmory
Item Quick claw or Sharp beak shed shell doesn't help much
Try Whirlwind instead of Roar for soundproofers
And Roost Instead of Rest or get ride of the healing move and throw in spikes

That is exactly why I have the shed shell on him =p

Though, maybe I should replace rest with spikes. Would skarmory really last long enough to lay out stealth rocks and 3 spikes without getting killed though?

And I still have no idea what to do about a spec sweeper.
