I have a lvl 77 feraligator who needs to get to lvl 100 asap,can someone please advise me on where is the best place to train in both johto or kanto region'?

get the phone number of the gym leaders, then ring them , batttle, ring battle continously in the safron dojo

Actually, I think some days you CAN buy Rare Candies from the Pokethalon with points you get from competing

You can buy rare candies an certain days... I forgot when. I recommend the Elite 4 and Gym Leader Rematches. Not to mention the cave in Mt. Silver is good for training high lvl pokemon.

Pretty sure you can buy Rare Candies on Saturdays at the Pokethelon. But Mt. Silver and other high level dungeons are great for training. Try rematching gym leaders on one day by messing with the DS/ DSi/ DSi XL clock.
