Is it a good idea to EV train a feebas?

Sup folks, this is my first post here in the forums.
I'm currently gathering up a well EV-trained team, and Milotic's one ofem. I'm feeding my feebas the right berries and poffins right now, but since it can't eat all the poffins in one day, I've decided to start my EV training on it in the meantime. I'm in the middle of a Gastly killing spree, but I've noticed that my feebas is barely getting any additional stats for Sp. Atk... Yes, I've already used 10 calciums on it, but it's gaining like... 0 or 1 stat per level. Should I have waited till I gotten a Milotic? Or am I just trippin. |

Stat gains from EVs are spread throughout all 100 levels. Also, Feebas' Base Special Attack is 10. Trust me, the EVs are working, but their effect won't become apparent until Feebas evolves.
