I would just play it by ear. If it gets locked, it gets locked. But I'm deep in thought now.

In response to the "mod-to-be-list", we generally have an idea of who we want to make mods, but don't just make mods for the sake of it. We generally like to have 2 mods on every forum, 3 on the bigger ones, and generally only want mods to have to moderate 2 or 3 forums each. So when there is an opening, we will go in search of a new mod. So right now, we're happy with the mods, but it could change very soon again, in which case we'd look at "the list" which is really just in our heads as who seems right.

Star and Achilles hadn't been around in a while, so they were replaced by a new mod, FW. However, I want all the Gym Leaders to realise, that if they want to dissapear for a while, we are happy for them to but we'd like to be told. If either Star of Achilles came back, they would be reinstated. We can't have forums which are modded by people who aren't around otherwise it cold just be spammed.

And none of the Elite Four mind anyone else running their own forums Truestar

The Secret Rank is a running joke of mine. If you look in the Forums FAQs post: http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~psypoke/for ... .php?t=421
You see that there are two ranks which are ???. It's now clear that the first rank (500 posts) is Pokemon Professor...but only the Elites know what the final rank is, and how many posts you need to get to it. Nobody has yet reached it, and the running jokes is this:

sN0wBaLL gets a high post count, and is made a Gym leader.
Sneaky_Sneasel gets a high post count, and is made a Gym leader.
dragonfan#149 gets a high post count, and is made a Gym leader.
RaichuLatias gets a high post count, and is made a Gym leader.
etc etc...

It seems that to "hide" the final rank, we make people with high post counts Gym Leaders but rest assured, these Gym Leaders were deserving of their roles due to their contribution to the forums, not due to their post count Someone will eventually reach that final rank, having not become a Gym Leader, and some Gym Leaders will be appointed with only, say 50 posts.

The moral: Post Counts don't determine Gym Leaders

I'd probably say truestar or WPM for the next mod, if truestar went ahead with that deleting members policy he proposed on the E4 I'd hope he never got yp to Admin rankings.

LMAO, thats now how it works, I had about 5 post before i was part of the mod staff and a whole bunch of the other mods. All this 'thread-jacking' is entertaining.

Well, let me get a little farther into that.

First of all this is a democracy, I would first discuss this in detail before doing anything. I would never go ahead with something like that unless it was agreed by all. I am sorry you can't trust me with the Admin rank, but I can assure you, if I got it, I wouldn't do anythings to blow it.

I'm quite surprised, I hope you are somewhat joking. I've been trying to help as much as I can, and if anybody, ANYBODY points something out that they feel uncomfortable, feel free to let me know. The more people help me with my mistakes, the better Moderator/Administrator I would be.

As far as deleting accounts, it would have to depend on the forum. If it supplies a lot of news, such as Psypoke, then sure, let them keep their accounts. But if your site, bob, doesn't have an excellent source of news, they ought to post or not even register. My Warriors forum is for news about the book Warriors, my other forum is for discussing various topics. Now, unless you were a great supplier of news, I would just delete their account. No offense, but your site is almost complete discussion, not news.

I am discouraged by your words, and I wish that you could trust me. I would not do anything of the sort without a majority vote of the Admins and active users.

Sorry it came to this, but I beg to differ. I make a great Administrator, probably not great on Psypoke itself, but other things with my better expertise. I meet the requirements on both of my sites, and I think it's safe to say that my users do like me. Dark Phantom and I have a great relationship going on. kryten2x4b is on my Warriors site, and I haven't done anything unjust yet. Heck, I haven't deleted your account yet, and the Warriors board is under very strict policy, I should think that that is generous of me.

Don't let this affect our friendship though, this is a mere disagreement.

I think GALAR should become a MOD because of that ''guess who the pokemon is'' thingy mabob.

You need a little more than that to be a mod, but I agree, Galar has made some great contributions, is well aware of the rules, and has been on this website for a long time. She's my guess for the next mod.
