/ Turtwig is my favorite pre-V starter. I think Totodile, Croconaw, and Feraligatr are the worst looking starter evos.

Venusaur / Charizard
No contest here; Venusaur is way cooler than Charizard. As a kid 85% of the other kids loved Charizard and I never understood why. Just because he's a dragon? Venusaur will always be my favorite out of the original three. :)

You fools, Torterra sucks. ^,^ up Same reasons. I love my original turtle friend. He was my first starter. down I've never really liked swamp monsters. And while this guy is original, he's just not as cool (cool!) or chill (chill!) as these other fine specimens. Specimenz. Swampy down. BLASTOISE 4EVUR!!! KINGDOM HEARTS 4EVUR!!!

/ The only pure-fire starter, and my favorite starter of all-time (same as I've been voting all along.) / I don't like Venusaur's movepool, stats, or typing (did all the Gen I grass types really need to be part poison? And yes, I know there are a few exceptions, but the majority have that double typing.)

up/ down Not that I don't like any of the final starters, but Swampert is my least favorite of what's left. I used Feraligatr in my only Gen II file (Crystal) and I always thought that Totodile was awesome, so since Blastoise is already immune, I give it to Feraligatr. Plus it's pretty stupid how all these people talking about how they "hate single type starters." Probably has more to do with the fact that you never used it, which is how I'm picking my votes - whether I used it or not.Swampert has an interesting typing, and I can remember my brother and I breeding a crapload of Mudkips after he got lucky and got a female one. Unfortunately, I never got to start with one, and I kinda dislike its design, so Swampert drew the short straw. Even though i liek mudkips.

/ I said why for Venusaur, and for Typhlosion, he was my starter in SS. He was... okay, but not as good as my other starters, from any of my games. Oh well.

Up/ Down.
I like Venusaur, quite a lot. It is my second favorite Kanto starter, and all around second favorite final starter evolution. Everything about Venusaur I love. I am keeping my reasons for not liking Feraligatr though.

Also, give reasons for your vote. Ok, sorry. / Feraligatr has always been my favorite Gen 2 starter and he was the first one I ever picked. And Charizard is just an overrated dragon.

Charizard UP/Feraligatr DOWN I recently started playing LeafGreen & I chose Charizard. It proved to be quite useful so I'm voting for it. Feraligatr to me...is a large, aggressive, ugly crocodile. (Sorry to Feraligatr fans!)

Feraligatr 2/4 Charizard 3/3 Venusaur 3/4 Typhlosion 3/1 Swampert 0/2 Blastoise 1/0 Torterra 2/0
Either Feraligatr or Venusaur can be voted off with one more vote. Charizard, Venusaur, or Typhlosion can win immunity and end the round if they are voted for immunity two more times. Interesting to note, Kanto is the only generation with all three starters left. There are approximately two grass, two fire, and three water starters left. While Johto still has two of its starters, Meganium was the first to be voted off. I know exactly who will win (winner and runner up) but I won't say who.
Kanto: Venusaur Charizard Blastoise Johto: Meganium Typhlosion Feraligatr Hoenn: Sceptile Blaziken Swampert Sinnoh: Torterra Infernape Empoleon
The way I'd personally rank the starters (final evolution) is:
Meganium > Venusaur > Swampert > Typhlosion > Feraligatr > Charizard > Blastoise > Torterra > Infernape > Empoleon > Blaziken > Sceptile
Why didn't we do generation 5? If I had to add generation 5 up there somewhere, I'd say the water starter would be in the top (behind or in front of Swampert), the fire starter would be somewhere on the end, and the grass starter would be in the middle.

In fear that this tread is nearly dead, I'm posting this, and changed my signature, to hopefuly get someone to vote. The tension of Round 6... wrote: 3/4 3/4 1/- 3/1 3/4 0/2 2/- Right now, , and are at a dead tie for immunity AND elimination, so if one more person voted one of these down, the round would be finally over!

I hope I'm doing this right...
UP/ DOWN
Blastoise was my first ever Starter, and even though I might not have raised the team correctly, he still swept the Elite Four without many problems. Although the Rival Battle was difficult.
As for Feraligatr, he was probably the least notable of Johto's Starters to me. Aside from not getting much love from me, I liked the other two better...
(Nostalgia FTW...?!)

Yaaay now round 6 is finally over! Sorry for not posting late but here: Round 6 Results wrote: 3/4 3/4 2/- 3/1 3/5 0/2 2/- Sorry for those who love him, but gets booted, and gets immunity. My vote is still / Once I tried to have a Kanto-only team using Venusaur with Razor Leaf, Leech Seed, Sleep Powder, and Poison Powder, but he didn't work out well, so he got quickly replaced when Shuckle and Lugia came in.

Up/ Down.
You all know why I like Blastoise. Swampert I don't like because of the design just off puts me, and though its good in battle, I am not a fan of it.

Since the rules prohibit me from voting for , since he's already got immunity, I will instead vote for / I actually do kind of liek mudkipz, and I enjoy the Hoenn games, so I'll vote in favor of Hoenn's last remaining starter. My opinions on Venusaur have already been expressed.

Again, hoping I'm doing this right.
UP/ DOWN
At this point, it's the battle of which has the better type for me (of the two I picked here, obviously). Torterra was a brand-new type combination, and if you don't know me, I LOVE those! Besides, getting a Venusaur has proven very challenging because most of the wild Pokemon rip through my Bulbasaur's paper-thin DEF anyway...

This was the fastest round yet, probably since less and less pokes are left. But since its been more than 24 hours, here it is: Round 7 Results wrote: 0/5 1/0 2/0 0/- 1/2 3/0 finally gets booted gets immunity. My vote: / Charizard is up as always, but Typhlosion is down because he has the EXACT SAME STATS AS CHARIZARD! And since I never cared for Jhoto (or whatever) region much, hes not as special. Even though he has an awesome cry, hes DOWN.

Blastoise / Charizard
For those too lazy to click the links: Blastoise is my favorite Kanto Starter and the mascot of my first Pokemon game, while Charizard is hideously overrated though not bad, although it is easily the worst of the five left. yw.ia.
Also, holy lol at Torterra being the last Grass Starter remaining. I thought Sceptile was supposed to be so omg cool and Sinnoh Pokemon were supposed to suck!
