Granted, but the snow piles up on your roof and destroys your house, the houses of everybody you love, and the hospital you were born in. And people were in the buildings as they were being destroyed, including your family and Carlos Santana. However, Carlos Santana placed 17 lasers around the world pointing to the Earth's core and they were activated when his heart stopped beating. The holes the lasers pierced went to the mantle. As the magma shoots out of the holes in the surface, less material is filling the Earth. The world deflated causing the oceans to rise, drowning everybody but you, your school, and all your teachers. It's not snowing, so you have to go to school Thursday. And then the teachers kill themselves because they are so lonely, leaving you locked in the school. The waters rise again at high tide and you die a slow painful death of starvation trapped in the place you wished yourself away from in the first place. (Actually, after about five days the hunger pain stops because your body stops producing the acid that creates the feeling of hunger.) (Wow, that was the longest Backfire I have ever made. Rejoice!)

What?! So many of the Gen V pokes are awesome!! Not to mention the fact that Nintendo has little to do with it; rather, Gamefreak is the company responsible for the actual creation of the Pokemon.
