You can find it in your pal pad which is a key item. If you don't have the pal pad, check in the basement of any pokemon centre. They should give you it.

Just announcing that I am ready for fifth Gen Battles. As of now since there are no tiers set in stone, it will be pretty much anything goes. Except for no Dream World abilities that you cannot have as of yet. PM me if you wanna battle.
