The Mistralton city move relearner requires Heart Scales to use.

Use the Heart Scales for the Move Relearner, she's in a house with the Move Deleter in Mistralton City.

Sell your Mushrooms to the woman in the trailer on Route 5, you'll get a lot more money for them compared to just selling them at the Poké Mart.

I can't get into the Global Link. It sits on the loading screen for HOURS and won't work.

I have two DS Lites, Black, White, HG, SS and Platinum. I wanted to send over some mons from SS to Black, but I got confused when it said "select DS Download Play on your other game", because I have never seen that option.

Can someone help me, kind of talk me through what I'm supposed to do?

thats because its a DS function, so its in the screen before you even enter the game. turn on the DS and instead of choosing "Pokemon: Soul Silver" in that first screen, look under that option and you'll find the DS Download Play option (next to pictochat if you've ever played with that)

What is the minimum connection speed one needs to us the DS WIFI function and not get the annoying "error disconteced from nintendo WIFI mesage"?

Yes I know odd question but I am once again tryin to figure out WHY I CANT USE NINTENDO WIFI TO CONNECT WITH PEOPLE!. I can use the regular GTS, I can connect to dreamworld, but it takes half an hour to find someone to trade in GTS negotiations(or more or I juts get disconnected) and I cant use PAlpad ( evertime I try to connect with someone I get dissconected) and when using random matchup it takes A FREAKIN HOUR to fidn a match (or it just disconnects).

So if anyone knows if there is a minimim speed or not I would GREATLY APPRECIATE IT.

how do i breed a pokemon to get perfect IV's?

To get perfect IVs in all stats without RNG abusing is very rare. My record is 5 max IVs, and I've hatched THOUSANDS of eggs.
Starting from scratch, get two pokemon in the daycare and breed them until you get a baby with at least one maxed IV. (I use the Battle Subway Judge to check. If he says a stat "can't be better", its IV is 31 in that stat) Take that baby and replace one of the parents with it, then hatch more eggs until you get a better baby to replace a parent again. Do that repeatedly until you get the stats you want. The more max IVs the parents have, the better chance the babies will inherit three max IVs from its parents. You have to rely on luck for the other three IVs, since they are generated randomly. One thing that helps is using Power Items, they will guarantee ONE IV is passed to the babies.

The alternative is to learn how to RNG abuse. I don't know how so I can't help you there.

Right now, I'm trying to level my Pokemon to face the E4 the second time. I was relying on the Riches to do this for me, for a while there, but I finally beat the last one (the dude who wants to be the head of the family), and I expected to be able to just keep battling all of them over and over again. Is that not possible?? Because when I talk to the boy to try and start it all off, he just says something different and doesn't battle. Thank you in advance.

I do beleive you can only battle them once per day. Myself, Havent really battled them all that much since my focus is else where at the moment, but im pretty sure my oppening statment is true.
