It is the dream world ability so both should get it but i'm not sure it is legal anyway as mud shot is an egg move and i do not know if the blue can have egg moves but this may be possible I appreciate the challenge of legality but Pokemon Online says it's legal in both forms

first off all mr. man you have made an error also bronzong is weak to fire 3rdly fire spin and whirlpool would not kill their respective targets they have too weak of moves to do so. if i'm going to get called out about not having a powerful enough attack early in the game (aggron v. aggron) and i get penalized for it i'll do the same thing and call out the moves not being strong enough and I expect to not be penalized for it. fourthly I don't count my post as an error because i went back ad fixed it there was no error anyway he was thinking of of the form exclusive rock head

nowhere in the rules in the first post do I see any mention of the move needing to KO the opponent, just be super-effective. I'm sorry if someone complained at you earlier, but Fire Spin and Whirlpol are perfectly legit moves.

But it is holding an occa berry, which resists a fire type move.
