Oshawott! The greatest water starter since Mudkip! Piplup was ok, but thats besides the point. Tepig is ok, but it grows too quick! Snivy sucks. Nuff said.

Oshawatt. Snivy gets terrible stats, has a poor moveset, and is grass. Tepig is just another strong fire/fighting.

Tepig because I'm not a fan of Oshawott's perpetual :< face nor Snivy's face in general really.

I say that Oshawatt and Tepig are the best out of the three and I actually played pokemon white version with a Tepig and I'm planning to get pokemon black version and to play it with a Oshawatt.

Shivy gets Contrarian in the Dream World. Then he owns with Leaf Storm as a Serperior. 'Nuf said.

See, this why you always need to know how to spell a pokemon's name correctly. You call it Oshawatt, and assholes call it Oshawatt too. It's '-wott'. Get it right.
Why the font color? 666th post. Mwahahahahahahahahahaha! Now I just have to wait for Satan to appear so I can kill him. *Brings up RPG Launcher* Smile, you son of a bitch!

Oshawott all the way! I guess that's a bit biased since I always choose the water starter on every game regardless. Piplup's final evolution was awesome and so was Totodile's! And there is no change here since Samurott is epic on so many levels. Many people say that the water type starter's are the weakest and least useful but in their final evolution's they kick a$$!

I frowned upon Totodile. It looked ugly, and it seemed hard to train. I chose Cyndaquil in GSC, because everyone knows YOU DONT MESS WITH THE TYPHLOSION!!!

I agree that Totodile's appearance wasn't very appealing, though Feraligatr was a very strong Pokemon. Cyndaquil would have been my second choice though, as Typhlosion was also quite strong. Also Typhlosion's moves were much better than Feraligatr's and more powerful.

I've always preferred Snivy, and grass starters in general, no matter what anyone says about them. I don't mind that Serperior isn't the greatest Pokemon stat-wise, but it's still a good Pokemon nonetheless.
And, as Mektar stated, it gets Contrary via Dream World. As soon as its released....
But to be honest, I'm not to big of a fan of the Oshawott line.
*waits for Samurott's disapproving post*

Oshawott for sure. Although, I feel like I'm throwing away its great attack stat by teaching it all special moves Tepig was dumb. Only fighting move it learned was "arm thrust". I didn't think I was gonna like Snivy, but my Serperior + coil = mass destruction. It was surprising how easily I could sweep with him after coiling. So for me it goes like this, Oshawott = Snivy > Tepig (but Oshawott is slightly better just because I always prefer Pokes with high attacking stats)

Someone pays attention. Tepig/Pignite/Emboar learn more than one fighting move. Did you give up on them, or are you just being ignorant?

I chose Snivy (Mainly because I love Serperior's design (It was my favorite color and it reminded me of a dragon)).
