Where do I find this Fire Stone in HeartGold?
I'm very new to this came so I thought I could ask you more advanced players...
Been searching for it in Goldenroad for some time now...

Fire Stone can be obtained through Bill's grandfather on Route 25 (show him a Growlithe). It can also be obtained from School Kid Alan at Route 36 (he has to call you first), as a Bug Catching Contest First Prize and at the Pokeathlon Dome on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you have the Pokewalker, it can sometimes be found at Warm Beach.

about School Kid Alan at route 36 which should call.. and the other "call-for-stone" peoples.. when does they actually call?

I wouldn't count solely on them, since it's very rare that they'll actually have an item for you, and even rarer that it'll be a Fire Stone. _________________Final Black Team:

If I recall... after having my SS for about 2 years this april. I have never had a single call from Alan for a stone or anyone else for that matter... I think the only ones that have EVER called me was Gina... I think thats her name for a leaf stone... All the other stones I have I dug up in Platinum and traded them over...

Bug-Catching Contest is the place to get any Stone.
I never received a call for a stone. They only called me to rematches. I think is easier to find a wild Chansey, without the swarm, holding a Lucky Egg and with the ability that you want than receive a call for stone.

I receive the calls fairly often in my game, actually. I don't often do the Bug-Catching Contest either. But yeah, Ace pretty much nailed it. If you can't wait for Alan to give you a phone call, going to the Pokeathlon dome is probably the best thing to do if you need it and you need it now.

The fastest way to get a firestone is do the pokeathalon and trade your points in on tuesdays for a firestone. Its fast, easy, fun, and it's the tradition since RSE to waste time!

I go to the Bug-Catching Contest because I think is easier and faster to catch a Pokémon. The only problem here is that the stone received is random, so you have to turn off/on the game until you get the stone that you want. I've done that to get a Dusk Stone.
