The latest Nintendo competition is here. Registration started yesterday and will continue until February 14th. After that, the tournament will start. Only BW2 players can enter.
This is an one of a kind tournament. Firstly, the usual Double Battle format is replaced by Rotation. Secondly, for the first time in history, all Pokemon are allowed. Yup, you read right. The usually banned super-powerful legendaries and the event-only Pokemon are now free to play. The exception is Chatot, which is still banned due to Chatter.
So what do you think? Are you ready for some Uber fun? Can you take the incredible power of legendaries that are sure to dominate, or you'll just lurk at your house and hope the war doesn't get to you?

Two Pokemon sure to be in abundance are Excadrill and Speed Boost Blaziken. I think of the fun that this is going to bring, you hardly see Uber tier battling in tournaments unless its stuff on YouTube, or a forum community. It will be refreshing to see different Pokemon being used other than the standard OU shiz.
Now if only I didn't work six days of the week I would totally try and go. :/

I live in Quebec, and we won't have any nintedo events because of lotto-quebec...
But well, its nice that you can use legendaries!
~And what about Chatot? Is he too powerful or something?

What do you mean, lotto-Quebec? Don't you have Wi-Fi and PGL?
As for Chatot, it's banned because of Chatter. The move's confuse rate changes with the level of the DS sound, not to mention that you can record **** with it and troll your opponents. Of course, it would be better if they just banned Chatter instead of Chatot.

Lotto-Quebec (lottery) steal an huge amount of money from all the events, so we get nothing special.
And my Wi-Fi doesn't work on my DS, for some reasons...
So it's a wi-fi event?
So lotto-quebec can't do anything!
