There will be a Level 100 Deoxys give away from May 8 to May 31 via Nintendo Wifi Connection for Balck 2/White 2. Check it out here.

I'll probably end up getting it when the event comes around. :3 I dislike that it's at level 100, though. I'd rather have some room to train a Pokemon when I receive it. It kind of takes the fun out of it when they're just handing over a max level Pokemon, in my opinion.

I assume you mean leveling up as you can EV train Level 100s in B2/W2 and I have to agree with you; it makes it a little less... personal.
