just was reading through some posts and saw a lot of people dissing on Farfetch'd
yeah its horribly weak but, in my opinion, it serves a great perhaps...as an HM w*ore. it is the ONLY pokemon in R/B/Y that can learn both Cut and Fly (two HM's that are useless in battle anyway).
i always carry a Farfetch'd in my lineup just for those 2 HM's...combine that with my other HM w*ore slowpoke having Flash, Strength and Surf (and surf being the only HM that is useful in battle) and I'm golden.
plus you only have to give up a spearow to get one.

At least when it goes missing like in Hoenn, no one really misses it because of stuff like Tropius. However you get Farfetch'D after 2 badges in Kanto and 4 badges in Johto, but it's until 5 badges in Hoenn. Oh well, what works works.
