The Big Thread That Answers All Your Questions section 10.1 wrote:
Section 10.1: How do I become something other than a Bug Catcher?
By making 25 Constructive Posts, in any forums besides Kanto Safari Zone, Slateport Market, Ecruteak Theater, and Lilycove Museum (Post count is disabled in those forums, and so posts there do not increase your post count). Constructive posts follow the Forum Rules, are not one-word or emoticon-filled posts, add to the topic, are posted in the right forum, and do not fall under any of the other definitions of spam.

In the says that the Kanto Safari Zone, Slateport Market, Ecruteak Theater, and Lilycove Museum are post count disabled, but users such as ChillBill, James86134 and Dragoboy (I am using these users as examples of what I'm saying) post in these forums and there post count still goes up.
When I post in these forums my post count does not go up.
Looking at ShinyLucario he has the same problem.
He joined when he was 11 (He is 15 now and joined in 2009).
This made me think, If you joined at the age of 13 or under your posts don't seem to count in the forums that should be disabled.

Is there anything that can be done about this problem with the post count?

Most of the rules and FAQs are outdated :x

It used to be that post count didn't go up for anyone in those forums but now I think only Oreburgh Mining Museum posts don't get counted.

It appears that the rule still applies to Registered COPPA users (perhaps for fear of younger users spamming?) but unfortunately it looks like you are stuck in that user group even after you turn 13. It is possible that you may be able to change your user group: go to User Control Panel > Usergroups > Edit Memberships and see if you can change things there. If not, ask an admin to change your group to Registered Users.

I tried what you said but I could not do anything.
I'll try asking an admin to change my group to Registered users.
Thanks for helping.
EDIT: Which admin do you think I should ask?
