I'd have to say it's Claire, because if there's no Fire-type Gym leaders, then I'm a dragon-type Gym leader fan, as I own

Favorite Johto Gym Leaders;
1. Falkner 2. Morty 3. Pryce & the winner for me is...Pryce cause he has my favorite type, has the guts to wear stuff not recommended for Winter weather when in such weather & is very wise which I also like about him...Falkner was a very close second with Morty being a very close third... _________________ 3DS Friend Code = 4441 - 9336 - 3527 (Be aware that I must also add you so in order to know you added it, just maybe...) ~Favorite Johto Pokemon Gym Leader~
Johto, being my favorite region throughout Pokémon, made picking my favorite gym leader a bit challenging because I pretty much love all of them! Although, there is one gym leader who stands out a little bit on top than all of the others; Whitney. Plenty of people HATE Whitney because of her Miltank, probably one the toughest pokemon ever to used in a gym battle. Miltank being my favorite pokemon, I just LOVE Whitney because of how confident she is herself and of her Miltank!  |

It's tough for me between Morty, Jasmine, or Clair, but I'd say Jasmine if I had to pick just one.
