Im gonna have to say it looks pretty good. I really dont do doubles so I cant really do a good "rate". The only thing I can maybe offer is adding volt switch/U-turn or Baton pass since it looks like your team requires a lot of switching.

I've tried Volt switch on Rotom before. The two big issues I had with him was; -Overheat became his only attack that could do decent damage, which opponents would be able to plan or stall against. -If the poke I used Volt switch on used Protect, Rotom would be kept in play. I found just switching overall worked better on his case, everything on the team has enough bulk to switch in with little harm. (Barring a mispredict.)
As far as the rest I see no mons that I could sub that learn U-turn/VS/BP that wouldn't fall in other aspects.

Hrm...Yeah I see....Not much else I can offer. I don't play in Doubles enough to what the big threats are.

Haven't been playing much lately, been moving to a new house and work. However I've updated some EV spreads to be more viable at lv50 and with VGC15 threats in mind.
Amoonguss Scooped some def to S.def to tank special better. Lives Specs Hydregion DM 75%of the time, Zapdos at best can 3hko with Heat Wave, Rotom-H cannot OHKO unless it's boosted or heavily invested, and +2 milotic can't reliably OHKO with Ice beam (50% with full S.atk investment.)
Gyarados Max speed at +1 can't out speed max 130's at lv50, so I lowered the mark to 125's (for Spot Darkrai) and put the 20 EVs in HP
Rotom-H Adjusted HP/DEF to survive M-Khan's Double Edge 100%, and make CB Talonflame's BB a 3hko. Dumped rest into S.def to still survive max Specs Hydregion DM 100%
