Ok, so this isn't a video, but it is showdown related, and I don't feel like making a new thread. About two months ago, I took up showdown so I could actually play Inverse battles against other people. The format seemed fun. Little did I know just how good I would become... No, you aren't seeing things. That's me, 4th in the world for the format. The exact ranking has fluctuated since, but I'm still 4th for now. My team's MVP is a Counter Blissey. Half the time they just forfeit when it works.

I am surprised he didn't spam sucker punch in the end, not like taking a quick attack fail would of KO'd that turn and SD would need to boost to +5 to KO at 50%, but using SP first to force a bluff on the next turn would of been a better choice IMO. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-132447679 Battle just to keep post on topic, Tickle Alomomola being a pain in the arse.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ubers-131014122I saw a vid of someone sweeping using a Shedinja, and I kind wanted to try it out. Unfortuently cause of one Blazekein, it had to be play tested in Ubers. I was also surprised by Noivern's Usefulness on this team. [June 20th] http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ubers-133185531That one battle where everything goes right. Also switched out Gengar for M.Aggron.

Since half my preferred mons are RU tier or lower I decided to try playing in the tier for fun. I watched the first Video, and I have to say, his reason made me laugh, plus that was quite the match. Good job on predicting as well. EDIT: To stay on Topic here's Battle Vid of mine! http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ubers-138665031Ive been looking to replace my Swampert. For some reason I stumbled onto Pangoro. He has a Move set that's quite big and I think he kinda meshes well with the team. Having a Second Pokemon that can force switches and that can trap certain threats to this team. The set im currently testing is: Pangoro @ Assault Vest Ability: Mold Breaker EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpA Naughty Nature - Infestation - Circle Throw - Shadow Claw - Poison Jab

Not sure about having him running an offensive spread or Infestation, seems in Ubers he'll need all the defense investment he can get with or without the AV. Infestation is only good if you have method of healing yourself or defense like shuckle. I'd try Pangoro @ Assault Vest Ability: Mold Breaker/Scrappy EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 S.def Impish Nature - Foul Play - Circle Throw - Eathquake/Body Slam - Infestation Or without the AV Pangoro @ Leftovers/Chesto Ability: Scrappy EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 S.Def or 252 S.def / 4.def Impish Nature - Parting Shot/Foul Play - Circle Throw - Sleep Talk/Infestation - Rest The latter might be better for your team, since Parting shot can help open your Blaziken to Sub up. On Topic, threw myself on VCG14 (usually play XY spot.) Just scrapped the win. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/vgc2014-139001713Interesting Gravity team. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/xybat ... -140263883

To be one hundred percent honest, This really isn't an Ubers team. This is pretty much a team I plan on making In-Game for WiFi battles. Im am liking the movesets you put up though. Ill have to look into them more, thanks for the advice! http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ubers-139351263Didnt win, but a good battle non the less.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ubers-140375339Trying out one of the sets Mason gave me. Worked out rather well. I also swapped out Shadow Sneak for Will-o-wisp. Shadow Sneak really doesnt do anything when my Idea is to Pass Speed Boosts to it. Figured Will-O-Wisp might be an interesting help/ maybe a little unexpected?

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ubers-142281214Full on Shedinja Sweep, WITHOUT A SPEED BOOST. I dont think the person I was battling against was very experianced, or understood Shedinja's Ability.

I found a team on Smogon that I wanted to try out. These are my second and third runs with it: http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-142452666http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-142453264The first guy, TheM4ster, disconnected, so for whatever reason, I decided to start another match while the timer ran down during his match. He came back at the last moment, however, so both of these matches were simultaneous...which probably wasn't advisable, as not only is this team more offensively oriented than I'm used to (I tend to prefer Bulky Offense, or even Stall occasionally) but it was also built around Raikou, a pokemon that I've never used before...although, it has Dragonite, Assault Vest Azumarill, and Skarmory on it, so I guess it could count as bulky. I like it. Edit: I thought I'd show this, not because of the match, but because I just battled possibly the most pessimistic person I've met on Showdown. Seriously, he wanted Smogon to ban moves that caused the Freeze condition, because he was "frozen thirty percent of the time, rather than ten percent". http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-142921631

@Kiga-That guy must have had some horrible luck with Freeze. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ubers-143285929This is why my Aggron runs Dragon tail. Im also thinking about taking out Rest and Sleep talk. effective yes...But There is litterally only one move Aggron can use with Sleep talk. Yes one is better than none, but still, Im having second thoughts, mainly cause Aggron has to switch out of Fairy Pokemon.

@Kiga I hate that's guy's logic, nice team though. @Gofd You may want to try Rest/SR/DT/STAB with a cleric in tow to remove rest's sleep, Vaporeon is the first to come to mind as it can resist fire, heal bell, roar and either add scald burns or wish support. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/xybat ... -143367679Still playing doubles, Vs Trick room team. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/xybat ... -143611610close call, saved by Amoonguss.

My team cant really run a cleric or else the synergy that I (think I) have will go down in flames. Ive also tried running a Cleric with M.Aggron before and well....It didnt really work all that well. And a battle Vid to stay on topic: http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ubers-143282548

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-144562371Total Gardevoir Sweep. Some of his choices were questionable, although I assume he had a strategy, but there was an almost solid domino effect at the end. She's fragile, but not as fragile as a lot of people make her out to be. Sleepy sleepy... I totally forgot about Volt Absorb...

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ubers ... -146239247First Battle in the current Suspect Test. I was really expecting Sucker Punch on that Kang. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ubers ... -146251396IM pretty sure this guy raged quit on me. I dont know why, but my teams get a lot of people who quit on me....

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ubers ... -146959143One of my better battles with this team. I'm honestly happy with how this team turned out. After 3 Gens I've Managed to make a team that makes Shedinja work. I'm not sure whether its the fact I understand the team building process better, or the fact that there are now Pokemon/moves that help it? Either way, this is one of the teams im curently most proud off. (though making it in-Game is Currently a Pain in the Butt, Getting a Relaxed Aron with SR is soooo freakin difficult for me) Latest tweak to this team: Ive switched out Hone Claw for Sword Dance. Lets me get its Attack Maxed faster. I've found boosting its Accuracy rather useless.

Not sure if that set is legal in X/Y, may want to try it. AAAAAAAAH, Okay I did Not know that....If all else fails Ill have to go with Hone claws. I dont think its too much of a Big Issue.
