I haven't been on in so long lmfao, it's just that I've been busy with classes and trying to take care of my future, among other things. i used to come here all the time over a year ago, and here I am. Gr8 to be back (kinda sorta, since I'm still busy with life and such) :>

These past years have been great, and this community was a great one. Key word being was. Since my birthday last year, the site hasn't updated at all, and people have been slowly trickling away from the forums over the weeks. I've had this site as my internet homepage for ages, and I anxiously awaited the resurgence that I hoped would come. But it never came. So, it is with a heavy heart that I announce my permanent leave of Psypoke. As a moderator, I wished only the best for everyone here, and worked to maintain a jolly environment where everyone could discuss cartoon monsters in peace. Now, I wish all those who happen to be reading this message good luck in whatever endeavors you have chosen to pursue, and that your futures be bright.

Get the trump out plz. But I mean... I actually rekt through Omega Ruby with a hm slave Linoone. I beat mega Metagross with rock smashes. It was just so sad~ I miss the challenge older games offered, now it's too dem easy. And **** were the Team stuff leaders weak, omg. I read an interview with Masuda a couple of months ago; it can be found here. Masada basically explained that the games were becoming easier because of competition with games that can be played for free on phones. A (relatively) easy remedy to this is to reimplement the difficulty modes from BW2, just in an easier to access method, but whatever. Actually, this is probably a partial reason for Pokémon Go.
Anyway, who all still regularly checks the forums? Maybe if we knew who was still checking in, we could come up with something to breath some life back into these forums. I check in a couple of times a day, personally. |

I used to check the forums everyday, but now maybe once a week or something. I tried to go back into pokemon, but oras was so bad that I lost all motivation to play - at least until I get another FrLg.
Small update on me: I joined the melee competitive scene, with Bowser. It was the easiest way to get in the top 3 of something as no one plays Bowser lol ( Yep, 3rd Bowser in Canada! ) And he's damn fun to play.
