I've looked up and down this forum and noticed quite a few topics that are titled "Can someone make me a sig?" or something quite similar to that, din't start these topics they just end up causing SPAM! If you want a sig or avatar POST IT IN THE GRAPHICS SECTION! And if you don't get a response there post it in one of the many shops in this section, if the person is busy with other stuff BE PATIENT! This also goes for the trainer cards, look around the help sction and you'll see several topics titled "Where do I get a Trainer Card?" or something similar, if you want one please go to the application form! but when you submit one PLEASE BE PATIENT! Amphy works hard to make those so don't continually PM him asking "where's my trainer card?" he actually delays giving it to you if you do!

I know it may seem like a mod should be posting this but I felt the need to do it so I did. Well I think I'm done ranting so I'll end this post.

Uh...this is a spam too...you dont just make a whole new page for that..besides..your not a admin or mod..ONly admins and mods post rules.

Who said . He is after all one of the highest ranks. He is doing good to the psypoke community. Whats wrong with being an outstanding citizen? There is no drawback as far as I can tell, and it one way to get you to a mod when one drops out.

I dont like too many people being bossy...I feel mad when some people be bossy for no reason.It sounds mean and disrespectful and sometimes...i saw some posts by him..he says someone is spamming but for me the spam doesnt look like a spam..it isnt off topic or anything its just giving a answer and he calls it a spam.. its not suppose to be..i just dont like him giving the wrong rules.Besides..this is a spam..i should post the rule in the topic that has someone asking for a sig not posting a new topic.only mods post new topics to give rules.i dont think he is suppose to make a new topic.and..i think the mods have already taken care of these kinds of situations..they locked most of these kind of posts and gave the website that they should go to to post a sig request.I dont really think this topic is really giving any good...sorry..i just think that...i dunno..and mods have to be kind also..not just bossy..he got the rule part but he still needs to know to talk a way that wont hurt anyones feelings ..i dont really think talking this way is kind enough..

1. Spam is when you just post, and it doesnt add to the conversation.

2.He said he was ranting. I dont think ranting is that kind. He is doing good to people who cant stand seeing those topics. You might not see it as a kind thing, but others might.

Jigglypuff did a rather amazing rant once.

Anyway I was about to post something like this. I guess you beat me to it though. It really irritates me to see such things.

And I'd like to add somthing. Sig CONTESTS are different from Sig REQUESTS. If you are going to take the first one you see, it is a REQUEST. If you are expecting a lot and will take the best of them, it is a CONTEST. Please make this distinction before you post. It is somewhat OK to make a thread for a CONTEST but not a REQUEST. OK?

I agree with Shadow Flygon to some extent.

People should check out the graphics section and other shops before they decide to make a signature request thread. When all of the threads on this forum are nothing but "can I have a sig?", it does tend to annoy me. This forum is mainly to show off art, not to constantly make signature request threads. Tessa, contests and requests basically are the same thing. In the end, they're just doing it to get a sig.

I agree with you too! I see those threads, and it makes me; for one; upset. I have my shop with a foolproof title, you too Skull Kid, and people are still foolish enough to make a thread. :x I mean, come on!

You know I only say something is spam when it is spam! And this topic isn't spam it's just telling people to stop creating topics saying "Give me a sig". Another thing I'm not trying to sound bossy I'm just telling people where the proper place is to post the "I want a sig" posts. And did you not read the last part of my post? I felt that I needed to post it to tell the new members not to start a new topic asking for a sig because it's spam.
