Yes it's true, I am looking for a new Assistant/Trainee in Graphics. But, its not as easy as "Yes I'd like to" "Okay you're in". Ohh no..

To go for the position of Assistant, you must submit a signature that you have made. It must be made in MS Paint, and must follow these guidelines:

1. It must be 500x100 pixels

2. It must be neat and tidy

3. It must adhere to the request I will give

4. To qualify, you must be a Psypokian who comes online at least once every 3 days

How it works is - I will post a "request". You will make a signature to fit that request, using my guidelines. Each time you post a sig I will give it my official (and brutally honest) opinion of how it could be improved. After your third post I will take your last entry as your only entry

The person who's end result I like best will be my Assistant, helping out in my shop, making images I request them to and generally making themselves useful.

Well, let's get started!

You may choose one of three "requests":

A Fire themed sig with my name on it with Flareon and Arcanine

A blue colored sig with Rukario and a Water Pokemon on it

A sig based on the movie with Lugia and the Legendary Birds in it

why do we have to make it in mspaint? most people have some other program at least

can we get gradients off another program?

You can get backgrounds, pictures, images off where ever you like, but you must construct it in Paint so as to be fair to Psypokians who don't have anything better

ill give it a try...the rukario and water pokemon request....

Very nice, very nice. The writing could be thicker so it's seen easier and also to balance it, and the outlines of the Pokemon aren't quite right. Also, the middle of it looks a bit empty. Other than that, very nice

It would go against eveything I stand by to make a signature in MS Paint.

In case you didn't notice, this is to find me an assistant if anyone is interested. I'd feel stupid taking on someone who is already an Elite Artist, so you don't even have to worry about it

I'm starting to think that hardly any people are interested. Oh well, too bad

I've had my fill of trainees, except they were just people that used to AIM me asking me how to do the simplest, and sometimes most complex stuff, and it started to annoy me.
