Well here is my critical analysis (Don't let it put you off )
Fairly good variation of graphics and a color scheme that goes well with the Pokemon, but its a bit "rough" around the edges. The way the name is slightly off centre makes the image look unbalanced, as do the (Aluminium Foil Balls? Moon Rocks? Random splotches?) The use of three Dragonairs is good, as odd numbers are more visually pleasing to the eyes. To improve it I would suggest moving the large Dragonair face to the middle and having the name directly on top of it, slightly down so you can see Dragonair's eyes. I suggest giving it a stronger and possibly thicker outline so as to make it stand out more. You are copy/pasting things from Microsoft Word, am I correct? A good technique would be to copy the large Dragonair face into Word, make it a Watermark and then copy it back. Having the face slightly paler behind the writing will bring out the name and give it a feeling as if the Dragonair is watching from afar. The Advanced Dragonair image I suggest mirroring and moving to the left, and possibly run an eraser lightly around the edges of it and the Original Version Dragonair. As for the (Moon Rocks? Aluminium Foil Balls? Baseballs?), scatter them strategically in blank areas.
All up, good work, you've got a promising flair.
(Hope none of that stung - I tried to be honest but still nice)
