Just to clear things up a little about Hidden Power (after asking TK yesterday) For Hidden Power, Special types go off Special Attack, while Physical types go off the Attack stat. STAB also occurs according to type of the Hidden Power.
For instance, a Bug type such as Armaldo using HP Bug would get STAB, and the damage dealt depends on its Attack stat. When Armaldo uses, say, HP Electric, damage dealt would depend on its Special Attack stat, not the Attack stat.

Really? Awesome! This is like the first time I've been so happy to be proven wrong!

The PowderJar is an addition from FRLG. Basically, you grind berries at the DirectConnection upstairs with the Wireless Link, then collect the powder. After you collect enough powder, you can take it to the lady who gave you the PowderJar and trade it for stuff like Protien, Carbos, etc.

I think that would be false, SOMEONE would have achieved that by now. I think it is false. I THINK, not KNOW.

If someone sends both Kyogre and Groudon out in a double battle, which weather takes place? Sunny Day or Rain Dance? And I don't have Emerald version, so I can't try it out myself.

The second Pokemon to be sent out affects the weather. For instance, if Kyogre appears first, then Groudon, it would be Sunny. The opposite is also true; if Kyogre comes out second, it would be Rainy.

1) Does any body know any pokemon that learn the following moves by leveling up? I want to get thi spokemon, sketch it onto a smeargle and then breed onto my pokemon for standard movesets, and unfortunately, I've wasted the TMs/Move Tutors:
Toxic
Sludge Bomb
Solarbeam
Giga Drain
Calm Mind
Overheat
Skill Swap
Aerial Ace
Sunny DAy
Explosion
2) Can you use the Battle Fronteir Move Tutors more than once?
3) Quote: The second Pokemon to be sent out affects the weather. For instance, if Kyogre appears first, then Groudon, it would be Sunny. The opposite is also true; if Kyogre comes out second, it would be Rainy.
When you encounter a wild pokemon (legendaires too) they come out first, and then you send out your pokemon. When I went to battle , I had taken my so that I could use Solarbeam in combination with Drought to weaken . IF what you say is true, then why is it that Drizzle took place instead of drought and my solarbeam was weakened instead of hastened?

Try the search on the Psydex:
http://www.psypokes.com/dex/search.php
And Battle Frontier Move Tutors can teach moves more than once.

Pelligargetic, in answer to your 3), I think what snow said applies to double-battles only.
I cannot give you a sure answer, but the way I see it, it all comes down to speed. In normal circumstances your pokemon would attack first, so I guess the same goes for abilities. Note that ability effects only resolve when both pokemon are already out, so kyogre being there first is of little importance.
If your groudon is faster than the wild kyogre, my guess is your effect (drought) will resolve first, and then Kyogre's (drizzle). And as you know, the last one resolving is the one that remains.
This is my theory, but I have no experience to back it up, so if someone else could try and explain his doubt to him (and me)...

Can I trade between Emerald version and Leafgreen version? On the website it only says that my Leafgreen version can trade with Ruby/Sapphire, but I am assuming that that is because it was written before Emerald came out.

Yes you can. Here's what you have to do to trade between Emerald and FRLG:
~Ruby/Sapphire to FireRed/LeafGreen:
In Ruby/Sapphire meet to requirements for trading between Ruby/Sapphire versions and in FireRed/LeafGreen after beating the E4 get the Ruby & Sapphire and give 'em to Celio in the Pokemon Center on One Island.
~Ruby/Sapphire to Emerald:
Same as trading between Ruby & Sapphire.

has anyone done any testing with the old man in the building above the PC at the battle frontier?
but for different pokemon he says different things about their stats and im wondering if that has to do with DVs and if so, what exactly every phrase means...

How and where do you get TM 21 Frustration? The TM/Hm section isn't very specific.

In RS, show a Poke that hates you to a man with 2 Azurills in the bottom left house in Pacifidlog. (Absols, Duskulls, Kyogre/Groudon, Rayquaza hates you when you catches them)
In Emerald, I'm not sure.

It's the same in Emerald. I think Bagon too aren't very happy Pokemon.

Is there anyway to figure out Evs in-game? I didn't even know about EV's until half-way through my emerald

There is a woman right next to the energy guru in slateport that gives you a ribbon when you have given all the ev's to a pokemon. Other than that no, there is no way, unless you are keeping track of them yourself.
Now a couple of questions from myself:
1 - What is the point of Aerial Ace in Zangoose? I mean, when you max out its happiness, a STAB'ed return will have a power of 153, while an Aerial Ace against a pokemon with weakness to flying would have a power of 120, meaning it's always (or almost always) best to go with return... So, unless I'm seeing things wrong, I see no point in having aerial ace on Zangoose except for beating breloom and heracross, or accuracy-reducing / evasiveness-increasing opponents...
2 - Supposing HP Flying does get STAB for flying types (refer to snowball's last post about HP in this thread), isn't it better to teach it instead of Aerial Ace, since it has a base power of 70, 10 points higher than Aerial Ace?
I'm not stating anything, these are doubts of mine, so if you'd be so kind as to clear things up for me...
